There was a minor upset in Daegu where 6th rankedWonju DB (10-12) was defeated by eighth ranked Skygunners (8-13) 87-81 on Wednesday. Strangely Wonju DB outrebounded Sono SG 44-27 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Jeong-Hyeon Lee (187-1999) who scored 22 points and 7 assists. American forward DJ Burns Jr (206-2000, college: NC State) chipped in 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Skygunners players scored in double figures. Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) produced a double-double by scoring 26 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and American guard Ethan Alvano (185-1996, college: CSUSM) added 21 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists respectively for the guests. Wonju DB's coach Sang-Bum Lee rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Skygunners have a solid three-game winning streak. Sono SG maintains eighth position with 8-13 record. Defending champion Wonju DB dropped to the seventh place with 12 games lost.
